This week Marquis covers what the Bible says about serving others using scripture from the book of Romans.

This is humbling stuff! I’m so struck by how “others centered” we are called to be. It reminds me of how incredible it was when I first read the Gospels. To see Jesus on the cross suffering, but thinking about his mother, best friend, the thief being hung beside him, and praying for the people who were executing him! It was, and still is, too selfless a display for me to get my mind around. What an example we have of serving others!
